Ordering Furniture

Q. How do I place an order?

Once final selection is done, an order can be placed at any of the Otobi Outlets. All you have to do is provide us your detailed information and pay partial or full amount of the total purchase through cash, credit card or cheque at the cash counter.

Q. How do I track my order?

When you place an order, a copy of the order form is provided to you. In that order form you can find your order number and your sales representative’s number who attended you in the Otobi Outlet. You can call the sales representative and track your order status by using the order number.


Q. How do I pay for my Goods?

You can pay at the time of placing order at cash counter through cash/cheque/credit card/debit card.

Q. Can I just pay a deposit or booking money?


Q. How do I pay my balance?

At any Otobi outlet cash counter.

Q. Will I get a receipt for the final payment?

Of course you will get a money receipt against your payment.

Delivering Furniture

Q. Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Bangladesh.

Q. Is there any charge I have to pay for delivery?

It depends on order amount and distance from the showroom.

Q. Will you assemble my furniture?

Yes! Our expert team will assemble your furniture for free!

Q. What happens on the day of delivery?

Our distribution department will contact you before the delivery to confirm a time as per your convenience.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

No, not yet.

Returns and Exchanges

Q. What do I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Before delivering a product, our Quality Assurance team checks it thoroughly. But during transportation if a product gets damaged we will replace it immediately.

Q. What if I discover a fault with my furniture after delivery?

If you receive any damaged furniture, we’ll take immediate action to change/repair it.

Cancellations and Refunds

Q. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, changes to an order can be made before the invoice is issued.

Q. What if I wish to cancel my order before delivery?

Once invoice is done, orders cannot be canceled. You can select another product to adjust the money you have already paid.

Q. What if I don’t like it after it’s been delivered?

We encourage you to check the measurements, colors and all other necessary features and aspects before the final confirmation of order. If you still decide to change the product after delivery, please contact the sales representative immediately. Charges will be applicable.


Q. What do I do if I have a complaint?

You can let us know about your complaint by contacting any of our outlets or Otobi Customer Care (+88 02 988 3446).

Q. Do you have any warranty?

We provide one year warranty against manufacturing fault.

Q. I am moving. Can you help me transferring the furniture?

Yes we can! For this service please contact Otobi Customer Care (+88 02 988 3446). department. We will dismantle, transfer and assemble the product for you given that it’s an Otobi product. Charges are applicable.
